Independent engagement
Project of diesel engine test bench upgrade is done in multiple companies cooperation. Tasks performed in this engagement are: designing of sub-systems, electrical scheme documentation, equipment selection, automation cabinet bulding and complete development of PLC/HMI application with belongning documentation. In early phase of the project it was necessary to determine the possibility of controlling an engine ECU from the PLC. For this pupose one-shot prototype was buld with associated PLC application. First tests were successful so project is continued.
After the successful test complete automation cabinet is buld. PLC/HMI application is developed containing complete logic of operation with safety and alarming procedures included. Also over 10 measurements data relevant to engine testing is processed in the automation system making it accessible for later analysis.
The equipment is installed at the site and necessary PLC/HMI application changes are made. After parametrisation it was quickly and successfully commissioned and given to end-users for future use.
This device is experimental replacement for motorcycle dashboard according to private client demands. After equipment selection complete software solution is developed for the choosen microcontroller, as well as a complete user interface design for TFT screen.
Wireless optical-gate
According to client demand, with allready pre-selected equipment, wireless optical detection device is developed. The device is developed to the phase of prototype/demonstration samples that are made locally in the workshop. Being these made possibility of demonstration to the buyers and possibility of serial production localy or by outsourcing is achived.
GPS/GNSS and Bluetooth BLE technologies are integrated into the device. These are used to achieve reliable time sync, precision up to 1/1000s and extended range communication with acquisition system.
During the development project of main PCB and adapter PCBs are made. Also software solution for microcontroller used in project is developed. After that devices are made and tested in real conditions for necessary software adjusments.
For the first time for this project the plastic casing for demonstration devices are made. It included case modeling and in-house 3D printing of them. With this step the developed device became complete solution ready for use.
